Senior software engineer

Overview

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer role with technical leadership for high-priority critical business problems.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and own backend services in C# .NET Core and Python.
• Lead design and development of web apps using React JS, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Architect and optimize AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost.
• Own and improve end-to-end quality, deployment, and production pipelines (testing, CI/CD, monitoring, incident management).
• Maintain clear documentation for users and team members.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers via pairing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in React JS, including state management patterns, performance optimization, and component architecture.
• Strong working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, securing web applications and APIs, and security best practices (OWASP, threat modelling).
• Experience designing and implementing modern architectural patterns (microservices, serverless, event-driven).
• Significant hands-on experience with AWS or Azure services and cloud architecture.
