Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer for Platform Engineering & AI-Powered Process Automation, focused on building foundational platform systems and developer tooling.

What you'll do

• Architect and construct high-performance, resilient platform features, robust APIs, and shared frameworks.
• Run technical spikes to clear architectural runways while ensuring system stability and scalability.
• Lead rigorous code reviews, drive proactive refactoring, and optimize low-latency performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Design automated workflows and self-service platform tools to maximize developer velocity.
• Author design documents and system guides to maintain architectural alignment across teams.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on Platform Engineering, Enterprise Software Design, or Developer Enablement.
• Hands-on proficiency in backend languages including Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, modular design, and high-throughput API development.
• Troubleshooting and observability skills using telemetry, logging, and monitoring tools.
