What you'll do

• Design and deploy backend automation systems to enhance Security Operations Center workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python and Go.
• Build secure, highly available systems on cloud services for production workloads.
• Design and maintain detection pipelines, incident response playbooks, and automation frameworks.
• Integrate components into production-ready systems with observability, reliability, and documentation.
• Apply test-driven development and CI/CD practices using Git, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Research, prototype, and operationalize AI capabilities for detection, triage, automation, and response.

What you'll need

• 14+ years of experience in backend software, infrastructure engineering, or security-focused systems development.
• Deep expertise in automation design patterns, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building and operating large-scale production systems with Python or Go.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform with microservices-based architectures.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems.
• Ability to independently drive large-scale engineering efforts from design through deployment.
