Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating, and maintaining software products. The role involves full-stack ownership, technical leadership, reliability, security, and collaboration across product development teams.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain products.
• Write production-ready and testable code across the full stack.
• Define technical designs for scalable, reliable, and performant systems.
• Analyze failures and propose design and operational improvements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide engineering guidance.
• Implement software reliability, compliance, and security practices.
• Identify blockers and support incremental delivery.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of agile software development and DevOps principles.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, React, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, architectural patterns, and resiliency patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
