Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Archer Engineer) providing software configuration and technical support for Legal, Compliance, and Privacy Technology.

What you'll do

• Manage daily workload to meet assigned timelines.
• Monitor and manage incoming support tickets/requests.
• Respond to user support tickets/requests and troubleshoot issues, including incident responses.
• Support platform operations and maintenance, including data imports and modifications.
• Monitor for data feed or job failures, resolve issues, and rerun as needed.
• Implement org hierarchy data changes and support attestations process with data preparation and feeds.
• Research existing configuration architecture and document designs and business logic.

What you'll need

• 5 years of relevant experience responding to incoming support tickets/requests in Archer.
• 5+ years of Archer application configuration experience, preferably 2024.09 or newer.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with problem-solving skills.
• Extensive technical troubleshooting experience.
• Exceptional time management and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel formula development experience (preferred).

Details

• Location: Chennai, India.
• Shift timings: 11 AM - 8 PM.
• On-site requirement: work from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
