Overview

Senior Software Engineer for Applied AI and Customer Solutions, building and deploying AI-powered solutions with enterprise and campus customers.

What you'll do

• Scope customer environments with executive sponsors and IT/data owners by mapping systems, data models, and workflows.
• Rapidly prototype and demo working solutions with customers, iterating in real time.
• Harden validated prototypes into production-grade deployments as a bridge to core engineering.
• Design and implement multi-tenant, hybrid, or customer-controlled deployment architectures based on data residency/privacy needs.
• Build and own identity and access management, encryption, and secure cross-network connectivity for customer-embedded deployments.
• Own CI/CD, observability, and production support for systems inside customer environments.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with hands-on backend and cloud infrastructure work.
• 1+ years of experience building production-grade agentic AI solutions.
• Proficiency in backend languages including Python, Java, or TypeScript and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and deployment model design/operations.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals (ingesting, cleaning, and normalizing messy customer data).
• Working knowledge of identity and access management, encryption/key management, and secure network patterns (VPC peering, PrivateLink, mTLS).

• Location: India.
• Role requires regular travel to customer sites (domestic and occasionally international) for discovery, prototyping, and go-live phases.
