Senior Software Engineer - (Backend,AI)

Overview

Senior Software Engineer for backend systems, including AI/ML-integrated and GenAI-enabled solution development. Leads architecture, end-to-end delivery, and technical strategy while collaborating across Product, QA, UX, and DevOps.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end development across analysis, architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment of scalable GenAI solutions.
• Design and prototype agentic workflows, LLM integrations, and AI-assisted tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and DevOps for cohesive planning and feature delivery.
• Define and contribute to technical strategy by recommending technologies for product development.
• Follow Agile principles and practices, including participating in ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Conduct code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing to raise the team’s engineering bar.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience with backend development using Python/Spark/Scala/Java/Spring Boot.
• 3+ years building AI-integrated or LLM-backed services.
• 3+ years building cloud-native systems on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway), including hosting and scaling GenAI inference workloads.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures, including RAG pipelines, vector stores, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code, plus familiarity with MLOps/AI deployment workflows.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems (Kafka, SQS), and integrating LLM APIs or MCP-based tooling.
• Practical experience with Generative AI concepts and tools, including prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and responsible AI principles.
