Senior Software Engineer - Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM)

Overview

Senior Software Engineer for Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM), owning full-stack identity security posture systems and technical roadmap execution.

What you'll do

• Convert product requirements into system designs and roadmap phases for ISPM.
• Architect, design, and scale identity security posture systems.
• Build backend services in Go for continuous evaluation of identity configurations.
• Create frontend dashboards and mitigation workflows using React/TypeScript.
• Design multi-tenant database schemas for posture scoring data workloads.
• Implement Kafka-based event-driven architectures for asynchronous workflows.
• Mentor and guide a distributed team of 3–4 engineers.

What you'll need

• Have 7+ years of software development experience.
• Have 2+ years in a tech lead or senior technical leadership role.
• Demonstrate mentoring engineers and elevating team technical standards.
• Show strong system architecture experience for scalable multi-tenant event-driven distributed systems.
• Have deep hands-on experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies.
• Have substantial backend production experience with Go and production-quality software practices.
• Be strong in SQL and PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
