Senior Software Engineer in Test

Overview

Senior Software Engineer in Test focused on automating Cloud Infrastructure testing and supporting SREs in a fast-paced agile environment.

What you'll do

• Automate QA/testing work to reduce manual effort.
• Work with multiple teams in a Scrum/Agile environment across Cloud Operations and infrastructure.
• Provide quality assurance/testing services to SREs and cross-functional teams.
• Automate functional and non-functional testing for applications and systems.
• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Support defect identification by participating in the software development process.
• Provide on-call support for the SaaS platform.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience with cloud providers (e.g., AWS/GCP).
• 5+ years of experience as a quality engineer or software engineer.
• 2+ years of experience in a SaaS-based environment.
• Experience with test automation development of integrated tests (5+ years).
• Experience developing and executing end-to-end/system test plans (3+ years).
• Experience setting up and maintaining test configurations/lab environments (2+ years).
• Knowledge of tools/tech including Splunk/Grafana/Kibana and Kubernetes/Terraform.
