What you'll do

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
• Contribute to large-scale planning of strategies for technology domain projects.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document solutions for projects and programs (including upgrades and deployments).
• Review moderately complex technical challenges and resolve issues through in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, providing guidance to less experienced staff.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and meet client needs.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent demonstrated via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
• 2+ years of experience in application design and development using Java and microservices.
• 2+ years of experience using database technologies such as Oracle and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot and React JS.
• Proficiency in an Agile environment such as Scrum.
• Exposure to migrating applications to cloud environments including Google Cloud, Azure, or PCF.

Nice to have

• Cloud certification.
• Experience with BDD-Selenium or Playwright along with API automation.
• Familiarity with Kafka and GENI - Copilot.
