Senior Software Engineer, Product Development

Overview

Role is an OMS L2 Support Engineer providing production support for a cloud-native Order Management System (OMS) with global, rotational shift/on-call coverage.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 2 production support for the Order Management System (OMS).
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and collaborate on permanent fixes.
• Diagnose issues using logs, API failures, database records, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor production health, identify trends, and proactively prevent incidents.
• Support deployments, configuration changes, and production releases.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Production Support, or L2 Support for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Experience supporting customer-facing SaaS or cloud-native applications (preferred).
• Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, SNS, SQS, and CloudWatch.
• Working knowledge of observability/monitoring tools such as Grafana and Loki.
