Senior - Software Engineer - Salesforce Developer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Salesforce Developer) responsible for building and enhancing financial technology solutions by translating requirements into software, including full-stack development across the SDLC.

What you'll do

• Use the software development lifecycle to implement and enhance applications.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and application code.
• Develop UI design specifications and build functioning components.
• Execute unit tests and remediate defects and known errors.
• Conduct code reviews and lead testing practices to ensure quality.
• Optimize performance and scalability and resolve system defects/bottlenecks.
• Mentor engineers and provide peer coaching and feedback.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of work experience in a related field including full stack, frontend, backend, and UI/UX engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service (FSL), Account Engagement (Pardot), Data Cloud, and core Salesforce CRM capabilities.
• Salesforce administration/configuration experience (Users, SSO, Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Roles, Sharing Rules, Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts).
• Development experience with Apex (Sync/Async), Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Aura.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns including REST APIs, Bulk API, Platform Events, CDC, Event Monitoring, and External Services.
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator and Platform Developer I (must-have).
