Senior Solution Engineer

Overview

Senior Solution Engineer responsible for F5 pre-sales, solution design, technical validation, implementation support, and customer-facing technical engagements.

What you'll do

• Handle F5 pre-sales activities, customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Design F5 solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct proofs of concept, technical workshops, and solution validation.
• Prepare HLD/LLD documents, BOMs, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Support F5 implementation, migration, integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate technical discussions with OEM, sales, partners, and customer teams.
• Deliver customer training and knowledge-transfer sessions.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of experience in network security, application delivery, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of F5 BIG-IP technologies.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and network security.
• Experience in F5 pre-sales, POC, solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Customer-facing, communication, and technical presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare HLD/LLD documents, BOMs, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.

Nice to have

• Experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, DNS, Advanced WAF, APM, and AFM.
• F5-CA or F5-CTS certification.
• Experience with F5 Distributed Cloud, automation/API, and cloud environments.
