Senior Solutions Engineer - East

Overview

Serve as a senior technical advisor for enterprise prospects and customers, supporting pre-sales activities, new customer acquisition, and account expansion.

What you'll do

• Drive technical discovery, architecture design, and proof-of-concept implementation.
• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on technical value propositions.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and proposals for technical and C-level stakeholders.
• Build customer trust, identify technical champions, and provide strategic advice.
• Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Lead cross-regional initiatives and improve SE tools, processes, and frameworks.
• Mentor junior team members and share technical best practices.

What you'll need

• 8+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or customer-facing systems architecture.
• Experience with the SDLC, cloud architecture, or DevOps.
• Expertise in at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience leading and documenting proof-of-concept projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with PII, PCI, or HIPAA security and compliance frameworks.

Details

• Remote role covering the US East region.
• 50% travel required.
• Target pay varies by US geographic zone.
