Senior Solutions Engineer, Acquisition | West Coast | Remote

Overview

Serve as a customer-facing technical product expert for Grafana Labs' Enterprise Solutions Engineering team. Partner with Sales to educate customers, conduct technical engagements, and support opportunity closure.

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy.
• Own technical customer engagements and help close opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to customers.
• Communicate customer and competitive feedback to internal teams.
• Drive product discussions based on customer needs and problems.
• Create documentation, blog posts, videos, and enablement materials.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to articulate product value and technical advantages.
• Ability to solve technical challenges with creative solutions.

• On-target earnings range from $204,000 to $254,000 yearly.
