Senior Solutions Engineer, Post Sales

Overview

Senior Solutions Engineer (Post Sales) providing technical support for INDIA region solutions engineering and delivering solutions that address existing customer needs.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver technical solutions for existing hyperscale and enterprise customers.
• Gather and align with client technical requirements across electrical, mechanical, and fiber network systems.
• Oversee development, design, and delivery of complex MEP, BMS, and fiber network solutions.
• Prepare technical response packages and communicate solutions to clients in a timely manner.
• Work with service operations/fitout teams to implement solutions in existing spaces.
• Support legal teams in contract and lease reviews to align requirements.
• Lead technical tours of NTT Data GDC facilities.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of relevant experience in a similar technical role including pre-sales support and design consulting.
• Previous technical post-sales experience.
• Ability to mark up electrical and mechanical single lines and floor plan layouts in AutoCAD/Bluebeam or similar drafting software.
• Proficiency with tools including AutoCAD, CFD Modeling, Visio, MS Office, PowerPoint, Project Outlook, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of data center/IT client topologies and design requirements, focused on wholesale customers.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Details

• Based in Mumbai, India (India region role).
• Primarily remote with occasional on-site collaboration as required.
• Limited travel may be required (~10%).
