Senior Specialist - Power Platform Developer

Overview

Senior Specialist / Solution Architect for Low Code, Pro Code & AI, serving as the technical anchor for the Power Platform Center of Excellence in Pune (Hybrid).

What you'll do

• Architect and deliver enterprise Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) aligned to UX and business requirements.
• Design complex Power Automate flows with approvals, exception handling, and cross-system integrations.
• Configure and extend Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles, business rules).
• Define and enforce ALM practices, including environment strategy and deployment pipelines.
• Design and build custom connectors, REST APIs, and Azure-hosted backend services.
• Architect and deploy Copilot Studio agents, including orchestration and human-in-the-loop controls.

What you'll need

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• 3+ years Pro Code experience with C# / .NET, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Copilot Studio or AI-powered agents in production.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ALM and DLP/governance frameworks.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow, SAP, or BigQuery (or equivalent enterprise systems).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, AI-102, AZ-204 (or equivalent).
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, or LangChain for multi-modal or multi-agent patterns.
• Familiarity with OWASP security standards for AI/agent workloads.
• Experience in a regulated or manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience building or operating a Power Platform CoE.
