Senior Specialist, Technical Product Management, Risk & Compliance

Overview

Senior ServiceNow Risk and Compliance technical product management role within the Risk CoE Technology Enablement team, focused on architecting IRM capabilities and enabling IT risk and compliance processes.

What you'll do

• Drive product strategy and a high-level roadmap for IRM-based capabilities aligned to IT strategy.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow platform teams, IT Risk, GRC functions, and other stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Define and govern execution standards, runbooks, and success criteria.
• Identify execution risks, dependencies, and constraints and drive mitigation strategies.
• Make data-driven product decisions to optimize risk and compliance workflows in ServiceNow.
• Manage product metrics and performance, measuring business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and data governance requirements.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience with relevant enterprise platform implementations (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Proven experience in technical product management and leading medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Experience defining product KPIs, business cases, and benefit/ROI measures.
• Delivery of at least 2–3 enterprise ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations from design through deployment and support.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Jira and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Mural, and MS Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Business.

Details

• Based at the Hyderabad Tech Center with a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance of the Hyderabad office.
