Overview

Senior Staff Software Engineer on the AI Governance Engineering team, building the next-generation AI Governance platform.

What you'll do

• Shape and build scalable AI governance platform capabilities.
• Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and platform evolution.
• Lead design and delivery of secure, highly available services for AI governance, observability, controls, and agent runtime management.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple initiatives and engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers through architecture reviews, design guidance, and best practices.
• Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous platform improvement.
• Champion performance, reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven experience designing and operating highly scalable, secure, resilient web services.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience with modern AI platforms, agent frameworks, and LLM-powered applications.
• Familiarity with AI deployment ecosystems such as Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Foundry, Google Vertex AI, Agent Core, or similar.
