Overview
Sr. Staff Solutions Architect (Design Partner Program) partnering with enterprise Design Partner customers to shape and design scalable, secure solutions tied to governance, privacy, risk, consent, and responsible data use.
What you'll do
- Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, technical requirements, regulatory considerations, and strategic objectives.
- Lead discovery workshops, architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical design sessions.
- Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures, implementation strategies, and reusable design patterns.
- Bridge customer requirements with Product Management and Engineering by identifying product gaps and influencing roadmap priorities.
- Design secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions across workflows, integrations, APIs, data models, governance processes, and operational architectures.
- Create reference architectures, best practices, implementation standards, and reusable solution patterns.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture/enterprise architecture/solutions consulting/technical product leadership/customer engineering or similar customer-facing enterprise SaaS roles.
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements, lead discovery, shape technical strategy, design solutions, and drive adoption.
- Strong solution architecture experience including APIs, integrations, workflow design, data models, governance controls, security, and scalable implementation patterns.
- Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering to influence product direction and solve complex customer challenges.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience designing reusable frameworks, reference architectures, implementation patterns, best practices, and solution standards.
