Job description
Overview
Senior Statistical Programmer (client-dedicated) focused on statistical programming work for China-only.
What you'll do
- Use SAS or other software to develop custom programming code for summary tables, data listings, graphs, and derived datasets.
- Ensure outputs meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Perform validation programming and resolve discrepancies with Programmers, Biostatisticians, and other team members.
- Maintain complete, up-to-date project documentation and quality control documents to support inspection readiness.
- Develop specifications for datasets and outputs according to statistical and sponsor requirements.
- Act as the lead statistical programmer, directing programming activities of other programming personnel and monitoring deliverables.
What you'll need
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in a scientific or statistical discipline.
- Extensive SAS (or other required software) programming experience, preferably in a clinical trial environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
