Senior System Software Engineer

Overview

Senior System Software Engineer responsible for developing and leading kernel-space technologies and delivering system software solutions for complex hardware and software problems.

What you'll do

• Develop system software solutions for kernel-level problems with cross-functional teams.
• Discuss architecture with hardware teams and build software solutions.
• Participate in chip development from inception through production.
• Track PCIe and connected-sector trends to improve performance and power efficiency.
• Solve technical problems across existing and new architectures.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience solving core system software problems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of PCIe and associated technologies.
• Proficiency in C.
• Experience with kernel-level debugging.
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Expertise in silicon bring-up of SoC products.
• Experience developing software solutions using AI tools.
• System-level knowledge beyond a single component.
