Senior Systems Operations Engineer – CI/CD Administration

Overview

Senior Systems Operations Engineer focused on CI/CD administration for installed systems and infrastructure reliability.

What you'll do

• Lead or participate in managing installed systems and infrastructure in Systems Operations.
• Review and analyze operational support systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Administer and manage CI/CD tools (e.g., UCD, JFrog Artifactory, GitHub SaaS, GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins).
• Respond to and resolve incidents on CI/CD tools to maintain availability and stability.
• Plan and execute change tasks, tool upgrades, and incident resolution aligned to SLAs.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks and perform business continuity planning exercises.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Systems Engineering/Technology Architecture experience (or equivalent).
• Administration experience with CI/CD tools and large-scale CI/CD infrastructure management.
• Good knowledge of Python for automating infrastructure operations.
• Experience creating alerts and dashboards using observability/monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ThousandEyes).
• Experience managing and scaling Docker and Kubernetes-based applications and infrastructure.
• Fundamental knowledge of GenAI concepts (e.g., LLM basics, prompt engineering, RAG).

• Location: Hyderabad, India (work location also listed as Bangalore / Hyderabad).
• Work per on-call schedule with morning/evening shifts over weekdays/weekends.
