Senior Systems Support Engineer (Node) focused on ensuring operational efficiency, stability, and availability of complex application systems.

What you'll do

• Manage incidents using incident management processes and tools.
• Monitor applications using metrics and tooling, generate reports, and take corrective actions.
• Debug business-impacting issues in complex application systems.
• Apply standards and best practices to improve operational stability and availability.
• Use continuous delivery practices to support and deliver high-quality software.
• Use logging techniques for alerting, monitoring, and identifying root causes.
• Deploy and run software using DevOps tools and practices.

What you'll need

• Experience with Node programming and scripting languages such as Python or Powershell.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong debugging and triaging skills for troubleshooting code.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure pipelines.
• Experience with application monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Ability to ensure bug fixes and enhancements are high-quality and well-tested.
