Senior Technical Support Engineer - OSS/BSS

Overview

Senior Technical Support Engineer (OSS/BSS) responsible for L2/L3 support of online charging and telecom infrastructure in a high-availability environment.

What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 support for Online Charging Systems (OCS) and related telecom infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues across HTTP/REST, HTTP2/REST, Diameter, and SS7 protocols.
• Perform preventive health checks, monitor network stability, and maintain system performance.
• Manage hot and critical incidents and conduct KPI and traffic analysis.
• Configure and maintain business/tariff products and support accurate deployment.
• Participate in 24/7 shift rotations including weekends and holidays.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in the specified areas.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Good understanding of HTTP2/REST APIs, Diameter, and SS7 protocols.
• Experience in customer support (preferably telecom or network services).
• Proficiency with Couchbase, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
