Senior Territory Sales Executive focused on growing Abbott Nutrition sales in a defined territory by servicing customers on dedicated routes and cycles, achieving volume targets, and meeting account objectives.

What you'll do

• Create a business plan to achieve territory targets by driving market traffic and optimizing product availability.
• Build relationships with retail and wholesale customers to uncover needs, take orders, and expand SKU variety.
• Run daily sales calls to increase orders, check stock, and ensure proper merchandising.
• Negotiate customer contracts aligned to account objectives while satisfying customer needs.
• Conduct monthly reviews of channel performance and create plans to address lagging channels.
• Ensure daily stock replenishment and influence distributors to carry stock and follow route plans.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience primarily in FMCG and retail.
• Graduate in Science (minimum education stated).
• Ability to manage distributors effectively while ensuring compliance to processes and deliverables.
• Understands fundamental concepts of sales and distribution and applies them to the job.
• Uses interpersonal communication methods, data, and arguments to gain acceptance.
• Should have worked in the same or nearby geography as the one being hired for.
