Senior Test Architect - Mobile Apps

Overview

Senior Test Architect for Mobile Apps, responsible for building a robust, scalable, and compliant testing ecosystem across strategy, frameworks, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

What you'll do

• Own the test strategy, including framework design and automation vision.
• Analyze defect patterns and recommend systemic root-cause fixes.
• Define test coverage models, test levels (unit to acceptance), and device/OS matrix.
• Set quality attributes and KPIs (e.g., code coverage thresholds, mutation score, static-analysis rules).
• Design guardrails in CI/CD pipelines to block merge on test failure.
• Architect AI and automation architecture, including mobile tooling and framework layer split.
• Architect test suite execution, test data management, and optimized CI pipelines to reduce duration.

What you'll need

• 15+ years overall work experience.
• 5+ years as a test architect in mobile application domain (Android & iOS).
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python, Appium, and Selenium.
• Experience with CI/CD and software testing & validation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and risk management.
