Senior Value Engineer - Scale Team

Overview

Senior Value Engineer (Scale team) serving as a trusted advisor to drive value, adoption, and customer success across a portfolio of accounts.

What you'll do

• Drive value, adoption, and sponsorship across customers and partners to realize portfolio value.
• Build scalable engagement strategies and manage critical account touchpoints.
• Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate renewal risks using portfolio health monitoring.
• Coordinate account activities and establish structured governance at account and portfolio levels.
• Manage 1:N program motions (e.g., value bootcamps, sprint motions, POV development, value sprints).
• Deploy automated value reports and strategic nudges and operate AI agents to track value realization and signals.
• Lead customer workshops and manage stakeholder interactions in German, coordinating with internal technical teams.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of strong programmatic execution and experience across end-to-end post-sales customer journeys.
• High AI fluency using copilots and intelligent agents to accelerate workflows and monitor portfolio health.
• Understanding of industry-specific business processes and the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management to build trust with both technical users and C-level executives.
• Experience hosting webinars, leading cohort enablement, and driving community engagement (1:N speaker).
• Native-level German proficiency required, including leading workshops and executive presentations in German.
• Engineering/CS/Math/Business Analytics (or comparable technical degree) or a Business/Economics degree with a technical minor.
