Overview

Senior Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant (Senior Value Engineer) on the Scale team, acting as a trusted advisor to drive customer value, adoption, and success across a portfolio.

What you'll do

• Drive value, adoption, and sponsorship as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
• Build scalable engagement strategies and handle critical touchpoints.
• Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate renewal risks using portfolio health monitoring.
• Establish Centre of Excellence (CoE) structures and coach customers toward self-service value ownership.
• Coordinate account activities and build governance at account and portfolio levels.
• Manage escalations and ensure delivery of value at scale using AI- and platform-based motions.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of programmatic execution experience and efficient execution of complex products.
• Experience across end-to-end post-sales customer journeys and value realization for a portfolio.
• High AI fluency using copilots and intelligent agents to accelerate workflows and craft business cases.
• Broad industry/domain understanding to identify process improvement opportunities and context-switch across industries.
• Strong stakeholder management to build trust with technical users and C-level executives.
• Native-level German proficiency, including leading workshops and executive presentations in German.
