Service Innovation Engineer

Overview

Service Innovation Engineer guiding multidisciplinary service innovation projects and evaluating service innovation concepts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and ROI.

What you'll do

• Participate in the design of solutions for intricate technical challenges in service innovation.
• Review multidisciplinary service innovation change projects, prototypes, and test designs.
• Investigate product serviceability against defined service requirements and recommend improvements.
• Develop test designs, including test cases, to verify and validate service functionalities and serviceability.
• Implement innovative service innovation methods and procedures to enable continuous improvement.
• Implement proactive alert systems to drive preventative service delivery and minimize downtime.
• Resolve service innovation delivery issues using appropriate methods and techniques.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in field service engineering with proven success implementing service innovations.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Bio-medical, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of service design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
