Service & Operations Process Trainee

Overview

Service & Operations Process Trainee supporting advisors and clients with service issues, requests, policies/procedures, and account information.

What you'll do

• Process assigned service request cases in the system by deadlines and operating procedures.
• Respond to advisor and client inquiries in a fast, customer-focused environment.
• Use computer applications to review service requests and supporting documentation.
• Follow up with advisors/stakeholders for missing or additional information.
• Approve service requests that are “In Good Order” and reject those not in good order with rationale.
• Participate in operational, domain, and soft-skills training and team collaboration activities.

What you'll need

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Good working knowledge of computers with MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Desired experience of 1–2 years in brokerage.
• Strong academic background/orientation.

Details

• Location: Noida, India.
• Employment: Full time (with timings stated as 8:00p–4:30a).
• Work mode: In-office at least three days/week, with flexibility to work from home two days/week.
