Service Sales Manager, CFS PSA

Overview

Service Sales Manager for CFS PSA, responsible for growing new service contract business and renewing existing PSA and O&M contracts in the assigned area. Domain: BMS, FAS, Security System (ELV).

What you'll do

• Develop and continuously grow the new service contracts business with new and existing customers assigned.
• Ensure optimized sales and market coverage.
• Ensure on-time renewal of existing jobs within the active period.
• Actively look for new service agreement opportunities and retain the existing customer base through teamwork, proactive customer visits and relationship building.
• Deliver revenue and profitability in the area of assigned responsibility.
• Submit quotations and proposals to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain constant field intelligence and feed back information on competitors' activities, products, prices, business performance and promotional programs.
• Ensure the highest standard of service quality is maintained at all times.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activity, prospects and forecasts.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives supporting short- and long-term service strategic objectives.
• Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior or management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline.
• 6+ years and above experience in CFS industry service or sales function.
• Good communication, analytical, organizing and relationship management skills.
• Strong business acumen with focus on revenue growth, margin management, and market expansion.
• Highly self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of operating in a competitive market environment.

Nice to have

• MBA in Marketing or Business Management.
