Service Sales Specialist

Overview

Service Sales Specialist at ABB Motion in Vadodara, India, providing technical, order and payment-related support to internal and external customers and reporting to the BL Manager MG Services MOSE India.

What you'll do

• Provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance and support to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders daily to obtain complete case ownership.
• Ensure resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
• Recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinate with related teams to ensure end-to-end handling (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoices).
• Keep customers proactively informed on issue status and clarify their doubts.
• Prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools, collect additional relevant information, track sales performance against target, and share insights with management.

What you'll need

• BE or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Understanding of international trade processes, customs, and logistics operations.
• Basic technical knowledge to understand product specifications and technical documentation.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in spare parts sales or after-sales service for Large Motors and Generators.
