Job description
Overview
A 12-month supervised apprenticeship learning ServiceNow platform configuration, catalog development, workflow automation, scripting, testing and documentation.
What you'll do
- Assist with forms, fields, catalog items, UI policies, business rules and flows.
- Support scripting, testing, troubleshooting and documentation.
- Deliver a configured catalog item or flow, test evidence, update notes and knowledge documentation.
What you'll need
- Must meet NATS registration and organization-specific apprenticeship eligibility requirements.
Details
- Apprenticeship duration: 12 months.
- Supervised developmental role; production-critical ownership only after competency and mentor approval.
- Conversion to a permanent role depends on business need, policy and performance.
- Learning areas include ServiceNow, ITSM, data model, forms, workflows, service catalog, Flow Designer, scripting and platform governance.
