ServiceNow Developer -Manager

Overview

Lead ServiceNow development workstreams within PwC's Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice at Acceleration Center India, designing and delivering platform solutions that help clients improve technology workflows and platform performance.

What you'll do

• Lead ServiceNow development workstreams across the full delivery cycle from requirements through configuration, testing, and deployment
• Design and configure platform solutions that align with client process needs, technical constraints, and future growth plans
• Translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and implementation tasks for ServiceNow modules and integrations
• Manage assigned priorities, timelines, and risks while coordinating progress across multiple in-flight work items
• Develop scripts, workflows, automations, and data mappings to support platform functionality and process improvement
• Review code, configurations, and defect fixes to validate accuracy, performance, and maintainability
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to clarify needs, communicate status, and address issues during delivery
• Guide junior team members through technical problem-solving, solution design, and delivery methods
• Interpret feedback from testing and production support to refine solutions and strengthen platform stability

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
