ServiceNow Software Engineer - SecOps

Overview

ServiceNow Software Engineer (SecOps) responsible for developing, configuring, maintaining, and integrating ServiceNow solutions across the full SDLC on Shell’s Agile DevOps team.

What you'll do

• Deliver ServiceNow solutions across design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Support and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, SecOps, and platform capabilities.
• Perform bug fixes and implement enhancements within Agile sprints.
• Participate in platform upgrades and new feature rollouts.
• Collaborate with PO, SOM, Architecture, and other team members for delivery.
• Maintain alignment with SDLC best practices.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, AJAX, .Net, Java, and web services.
• Experience with Glide Record client and server-side scripting.
• Experience with API integrations and ACL debugging.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, scripting, and integration.
• Development experience in ITSM and SecOps.
