ServiceNow Training Specialist

Overview

Lead ServiceNow consulting projects by translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting implementation, administration, testing, and training activities.

What you'll do

• Lead ServiceNow projects and engage clients and users.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, administer, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
• Capture current-state processes and pain points and design future-state processes.
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements.
• Create process maps, design documents, communications, and technical documentation.
• Support product testing and training activities.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Federal or DoD Secret security clearance, maintained through employment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules including GRC, SPM, ITSM, App Engine, and Scoped Apps.
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certification such as CSA, CIS, or CAD.
• Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.
• Experience defining requirements, leading client meetings, facilitating UAT, and conducting training.
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow solutions.

• Remote within the United States.
• Travel required: up to 10%.
• Annual salary: $92,000–$153,000.
