Services Senior Specialist - Digital Implementation & Enablement

Overview

Design, implement and support integration solutions between SAP and other enterprise applications, translating business requirements into secure, scalable and reliable integration solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and support integrations between SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements into effective integration and solution designs.
• Work with modern integration technologies, APIs, middleware and SAP integration platforms.
• Support the delivery of secure, scalable and high-performing integration solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, architects and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across complex application landscapes.
• Participate in solution design reviews, governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration standards and support processes.

What you'll need

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or in STEM majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
• 10+ years hands-on experience with SAP, Maximo or other EAM or CMMS system.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP technology and tools.
• Expert knowledge of SAP Master Data, specifically the PM Module.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions.
• Strong experience delivering SAP integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience working with technologies such as SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, web services, middleware and SAP integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of integration concepts including real-time, batch, event-driven and API-based architectures.
• Understanding of authentication, security and integration governance practices.
• Experience with relational databases (any vendor).
• Solid understanding of data modeling best practices.
• Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• The ability to work across technical and functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Nice to have

• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• SAP Materials Management (MM).
• Experience with SAP BAPIs, IDocs, REST APIs, OData and web services.
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and Data Warehouse solutions.
• Knowledge of maintenance, reliability, asset management or operational business processes.

Details

• Full-time role.
• Remote working options are available; discuss with the recruiter.
• Occasional travel, generally 4-6 times per year, up to a week at a time.
