Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer focused on operations and maintenance of building electrical, mechanical, and safety systems. Also covers energy/cost monitoring and technical reporting.

What you'll do

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, DG, UPS, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, checklist monitoring, and breakdown management.
• Implement PTW (Permit to Work) and LOTO procedures during technical activities.
• Support safety audits, fire drills, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor and analyze energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.
• Supervise technical staff and AMC/service providers to ensure SLA adherence and maintain required logs and MIS reports.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of experience in Property Management, Building Operations, or Technical Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining Electrical Systems, HVAC, DG Sets, UPS, STP/WTP, and Fire & Safety systems.
• Exposure to technical services in Commercial, Corporate, IT/ITES, or Industrial facilities.
• Experience with vendor management, AMC coordination, and technical audits.
• Diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical.
