Site Contract Specialist

Overview

Manage the end-to-end preparation, negotiation, and finalization of site contracts and investigator budgets for clinical studies. The role works within SOPs, approved templates, budget thresholds, and governance processes.

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize site contracts and budgets.
• Apply approved budget parameters and route exceptions for approval.
• Collaborate with study teams, Legal, Finance, CRO partners, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain negotiation records, decisions, and document versions in contracting systems.
• Meet KPIs for cycle time, quality, and data accuracy.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Escalate non-standard clauses, risks, and complex legal matters.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in site contract negotiation or clinical operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of clinical study protocols, contract templates, investigator grants, and site budget negotiations.
• Negotiation and communication skills for multinational, multilingual settings.
• Proficiency with contract management systems and e-signature platforms.
• Strong MS Office, organization, and time-management skills.

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Travel: Up to 10% for regional strategy meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Reports to the Associate Director/Director of Site Contracting Operations.
