Site Reliability Engineer

Overview

Site Reliability Engineer role combining production support, SRE, and DevOps for enterprise-grade cloud applications.

What you'll do

• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance via monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Handle end-to-end application support with escalation procedures and support tools.
• Build and maintain automation tools/scripts for deployment, scaling, and operational tasks.
• Respond to outages/incidents and perform post-mortem analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify issues.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and deploy on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

What you'll need

• Infrastructure as Code proficiency with Terraform (must).
• Kubernetes (GKE) administration and operations experience.
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions (must).
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for application deployments.
• Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure including node management, auto-scaling, configuration, and secrets.
• Experience with service networking components including gateways, virtual services, and service mesh.
