Site Reliability Engineer Shift Manager

Overview

Site Reliability Engineer (Global Command Center) is responsible for keeping business-critical applications, infrastructure, and customer-facing services available and reliable.

What you'll do

• Monitor enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and customer-facing services for SLA/SLO health.
• Manage incidents, including proactive monitoring, incident response, and participation in major incident management.
• Drive reliability improvements by identifying service degradation trends and reducing incidents.
• Configure monitoring dashboards/alerts and tune alerting to reduce alert fatigue.
• Automate operational processes using scripting and tooling for remediation and efficiency.
• Support operational readiness reviews by validating monitoring, alerting, and runbooks before go-live.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or NOC/Command Center operations.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, and service level management.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Hands-on technical skills with Windows Server and Linux/Unix.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools including AppDynamics, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Splunk.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS.
