Software Developer

What you'll do

• Own and manage enterprise Unix/Linux infrastructure across on-premises and cloud.
• Administer, harden, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot Linux platforms, including security compliance and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain OS builds and automation/configuration management using tooling such as Shell/Python/Ansible.
• Lead backup and storage administration, including recovery, replication, and disaster recovery technologies.
• Manage Commvault Backup & Recovery operations (admin, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, optimization, recovery).
• Design, implement, and support backup/recovery and disaster recovery solutions, including restore testing and DR exercises.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in Unix/Linux Administration, Storage, Backup, and Infrastructure Operations.
• Hands-on enterprise Linux administration experience.
• Experience managing Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and performing patching/upgrades/troubleshooting/automation.
• Strong expertise with Commvault Backup & Recovery.
• Experience administering NetApp and IBM Storage platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Backup and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Backup & Recovery services.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Shell Scripting, Python, or PowerShell.
• Cloud certifications in Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Commvault, NetApp, Nutanix, Linux, or Storage-related certifications.
