Software Engineer

Overview

As a Software Engineer (Senior Engineer – Safety Certification), you will lead software verification, validation, certification, and compliance activities for safety-critical embedded software programs.

What you'll do

• Execute software verification and validation activities in line with DO-178C.
• Perform requirements-based testing and verification.
• Review and validate high-level and low-level requirements (HLRs/LLRs).
• Maintain traceability across requirements, design, implementation, and verification artifacts.
• Conduct defect analysis, root cause investigation, and debugging.
• Create and maintain certification evidence and compliance documentation.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of software engineering, verification, validation, or safety certification experience.
• Strong DO-178C expertise for certification, compliance, and V&V.
• Hands-on embedded software development experience (including C/Embedded C).
• Proficiency with tools including LDRA, Polarion, DOORS, Git, Jira, Linux, and Python.
• Experience leading certification activities and delivering safety-critical software projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
