Software Engineer, AI Solutions to design and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions as an individual contributor.

What you'll do

• Drive complex conversational AI projects from PoC/pilot to full implementation for enterprise clients.
• Provide technical solutions and shape architectural best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development and product insights.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and best practices to customers and partners.
• Create technical documentation and help resolve complex technical issues.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Python with back-end integrations experience.
