Software Engineer

Overview

Software Engineer role focused on developing a scalable application used by millions of customers worldwide and owning features end-to-end (design to operations and maintenance).

What you'll do

• Develop a cutting-edge, scalable application used by millions of customers.
• Own delivery across design, architecture, development, operations, and end-to-end support/maintenance.
• Handle feature-level technical work across all technical aspects.
• Independently design moderate to complex modules with solid code quality.
• Debug issues using GDB and apply problem-solving skills.
• Work with multi-threading, thread synchronization, and parallel processing.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of hands-on C/C++ development experience on Enterprise/Consumer product lines on Linux/Unix.
• Hands-on knowledge of DSA and memory management concepts.
• Expertise in debugging with GDB and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Proficiency in multi-threading, thread synchronization, and parallel processing.
• Deep understanding of IPC mechanisms.
• Knowledge of SDLC best engineering practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control, and CI/CD pipelines with testing.

• Exposure to C/C++ coding standards and unit testing framework.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with different teams for technical clarification or consensus building.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Cyber Security / security domain and technologies.
• Exposure to networking technologies.
• Exposure to SSL/TLS and cryptography.
