Overview
Design, develop, test, document, and implement software systems, with a focus on Python, APIs, AI-enabled platforms, AWS, and AgentOps capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design, write, test, document, and implement application systems.
- Respond to production problems and implement resolutions.
- Build AI-enabled platform capabilities for agent monitoring, evaluations, recommendations, and observability.
- Develop integrations across AgentCore, Amazon Q, Connect, observability platforms, and enterprise services.
- Collaborate with engineers, customers, and cross-functional teams on project delivery.
- Document systems and applications for upgrades and maintenance.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical capability growth.
What you'll need
- 2–5 years of relevant work-related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent formal training.
- At least 3 years of Python software development and API development experience.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and model evaluation.
- AWS development experience with Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, and event-driven services.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, database development, testing, troubleshooting, observability, telemetry analysis, and DevOps fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems, communicate recommendations, and manage multiple assignments.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or monitoring platforms.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and dashboard development.
- Machine learning model development or MLOps experience.
Details
- Work onsite approximately 3 days per week and as required by the business.
- Extended hours may be required.
