Overview

Software Engineer role focused on building distributed load distribution and messaging systems.

What you'll do

• Develop a core Load Distribution engine using Finite State Machines (FSM) for dynamic homing.
• Execute Weighted Average Score (WAS) algorithms and implement hysteresis.
• Architect high-throughput API and messaging layers using gRPC and RabbitMQ (RMQ).
• Implement distributed leader election and consensus using Consul Raft and LockAuthority across active-active deployments.
• Ensure scalability to handle 3,000+ assignments per second and integrate Apache Ignite/GridGain for caching and recovery.

What you'll need

• 3-8 years of deep hands-on experience in Golang (preferred) and proficiency in C, C++, or Java.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, multi-threading, concurrency control, and FSM.
• Hands-on expertise with gRPC, Protobuf v3, and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Apache Ignite and GridGain, plus consensus tools like Consul Raft and LockAuthority.
• Practical knowledge of persistence and caching solutions including PostgreSQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
