Software Engineer II (Turkey)

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deliver new product features.
• Collaborate with feature owners to provide constructive improvement suggestions.
• Participate in design/architecture discussions.
• Contribute to code reviews and work hands-on with the codebase.
• Mentor other engineers and support continuous build/deploy of scalable solutions.
• Assist with planning, estimations, and project completion for team stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 3-7 years of experience for a mid-level development role.
• Experience solving technical problems as part of a team.
• Required comfort leveraging Claude or equivalent large language model tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Frontend familiarity with React (preferred).
• Ability to solve backend-focused problems with Go or a similar compiled statically typed language.
