What you'll do

• Influence technical decisions and optimize system designs.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to streamline development.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality, secure, and privacy-focused code.
• Lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.
• Stay current on industry trends and serve as an expert on the software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices.
• Coach others, as needed.
• Contribute to high-quality design and deliverables.
• Advocate for new product features to address customer needs.
• Track metrics for product adoption and success.
• Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process under minimal supervision.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 2 to 4 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 0 years of experience.
• Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proficiency in Java or Python or Golang.
• Ability to think critically about application scalability and cloud environments.
• Ability to use AI coding assistants, such as Claude or GitHub Copilot, to accelerate development and automate testing.
